Sản phẩm là phốt/ron cao su vật liệu CR (Chloroprene Rubber – Neoprene) do Công ty Anh Trí Tuệ (ATT) gia công theo mẫu đặt hàng. Với đặc tính bền thời tiết, kháng ozone và lão hoá tốt, dòng ron/phốt CR phù hợp cho các cụm lắp đặt ngoài trời hoặc môi trường có nước bắn, hơi ẩm và bụi bẩn – nơi cần một chi tiết làm kín đàn hồi, ổn định hình dạng và tuổi thọ lâu dài.

1) Vai trò của phốt/ron CR trong cụm lắp

Tùy theo biên dạng thực tế, nhóm sản phẩm này thường được dùng như:

• Vòng chặn bụi/nước bắn (phốt môi dạng vòng) để hạn chế tạp chất, bùn cát, nước xâm nhập vào cụm ổ lăn, bạc đạn, gối đỡ.
• Chi tiết làm kín – đệm đàn hồi ở các vị trí cần vừa “ôm khít” vừa chịu nén, giảm rung, giảm rò rỉ tại vùng tiếp xúc.

Hàng hải – đóng/sửa tàu – thiết bị đường thủy

Phốt/ron CR chịu thời tiết thường xuất hiện ở các vị trí cần chống nước bắn, bùn cát và môi trường muối:

• Cụm trục chân vịt/đường trục: dùng làm vòng chặn nước bắn, bùn cát ở vùng gần bạc/gối đỡ, giúp bảo vệ ổ lăn và giảm nguy cơ ăn mòn – mài mòn sớm.
• Cụm trục lái (rudder stock) và các cụm trục ngoài boong: làm vòng chặn tạp chất tại vùng trục xuyên qua gối/ống lót, đặc biệt hữu ích với tàu hoạt động vùng nước lợ/nước biển.

Trạm bơm – hệ thống nước – nước biển – nước làm mát tuần hoàn

Trong các tuyến ống và cụm quay đặt ngoài trời, phốt/ron CR thường được dùng như vòng chặn bảo vệ:

• Bơm ly tâm cỡ lớn: bố trí ở vùng trục/ổ đỡ để chặn nước bắn – bùn cát, giảm nguy cơ nhiễm bẩn vào bạc đạn và kéo dài chu kỳ bảo trì.
• Hệ thống nước biển làm mát (nhà máy ven biển, khu công nghiệp): phù hợp môi trường ẩm – muối, nơi chi tiết cần bền thời tiết và ổn định kích thước.
• Trạm bơm thủy lợi/PCCC ngoài trời: dùng làm vòng đệm/ron đàn hồi ở các cụm lắp cần chống rung và hạn chế rò rỉ thứ cấp tại khu vực bích/khớp nối, mặt ghép cơ khí.

Thiết bị ngoài trời – cơ điện công trình

• Cụm truyền động ngoài trời, trục quay cơ cấu mở/đóng: dùng như vòng chặn bụi – nước mưa và hạn chế lão hóa do ozone/UV.
